Returns Policy
QAS.UK.COM will endeavour to do whatever we can to successfully resolve any problems you may have with your order. We exercise goodwill wherever possible and truly want each of our customers to be 100% happy. We believe this approach is the only way for our business to grow. In the unlikely event that you need to return goods to us, please refer to the following procedures.
Please complete the returns form on the following link - Returns We are unable to accept any returns that have not submitted a form to obtain a RMA number from our office. Where you may be returning more than one item please be so kind as to complete a form for each item being returned.
Unwanted goods
If you receive your QAS.UK.COM order and decide you do not wish to keep it, you must advise us within 14 days of receipt, that you wish to return it. You then have a further 14 days in which to return the order to us. It will be your responsibility to pay for the shipping cost in returning your order, and we highly recommend you to use a shipping method with a proof of delivery. The following conditions apply:
All returned items must be in the same condition they were when received. They are required to be in the original sealed unopened boxes or packs.
When we receive your returned order, we will quickly examine it and issue a refund promptly.
Refunds usually show on card or bank statements within 48 hours once a credit has been raised but can take longer with certain financial institutions.
While we are confident the vast majority of our customers are honest, we do undertake checks to ensure the returned stock is the same stock which was dispatched including checking batch/serial numbers where appropriate.
Damaged & Faulty goods
If your order arrives containing faulty or damaged items, please inform us within 14 days and return the items for a full refund or replacement. However we will cover the cost of shipping in returning your faulty item to us subject to the following condition. Please note if the product is found to be working as specified by the manufacturer a credit for the return shipping will not be granted. Also our Terms & Conditions for returning of goods will apply.
As one of our valued customers, you have legal rights in relation to products which are faulty or not as expected. We're under a legal duty to supply products that meet the requirements to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as expected. We'll offer resolutions according to the timelines outlined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights.
The manufacturers will supply a warranty in addition to your rights under the Sales of Goods Act. In most cases you'll receive a 1 year warranty covering all parts and labour for the repair only, or in some instances, it may be extended to 2 years by the manufacturer. You may need to register to qualify for these promotions – please check with one of our team.
Please also note that our warranties only cover domestic use; items for use in commercial properties might not be covered.
