Delivery Information

Whatever products you’ve ordered from us, you’ll enjoy a fantastic delivery service. We can get your order to you in a flash if you need it urgently. We offer free next day delivery across mainland UK for all orders over £150 plus vat. Delivery will be subject to a satisfactory checkout being completed.

We are currently looking to expand our service to other countries as we are receive enquiries. Deliveries 

The current shipping options available at this time are for UK purchases only. If you wish to purchase our products but are outside of the UK mainland please do not hesitate to contact our office Contact Us  and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

UK Shipping - We currently offer to deliver on a Monday to Friday basis when using our UK Shipping option. Under this option all orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2 pm on the day will be delivered by 5 pm the following day excluding weekends and bank holidays. All orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Royal mail special delivery -  We currently only offer to deliver on a Monday to Friday basis when using our Royal mail special delivery. Under this option all orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2 pm on the day will be delivered by 1 pm the following day excluding weekends and bank holidays. All orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

Royal Mail Signed for - We currently offer this on a First & Second class basis. We can not guarantee that the First Class Royal Mail Signed for will be delivered on a next day delivery. As we all know Royal Mail is a law to its self.

Pricing 

Please note, All prices quoted for delivery when asking for a quote prior to payment exclude VAT. When progressing the checking out procedure, the delivery charge will be displayed as a broken separate sum for cost of delivery and vat due on the delivery charge combined with the VAT of the goods.

Debit & Credit card handling charges

Please note, we do not charge debit & credit card handling charges. QAS.UK.COM is not responsible for any charges that may be applied by your debit/credit card company.

Delays

Unfortunately on occasions something will happen out of our control that closes roads, snow, floods or other adverse weather conditions. Roads closed due to large events in progress. If you've already placed your order and we are aware you may be affected, we'll contact you as soon as possible to arrange alternative delivery options. We will do what we can, but can’t be held liable if we can’t fulfil delivery due to reasons beyond our control.

Unfortunately, on the rare occasions where a delivery is unsuccessful, we're not liable for costs incurred. This might include things like a third party engineer used for installation.

There are various delivery options available, depending on your needs and how much you want to pay. These options are set out clearly on the checkout page before you place your order.
